Lighthouse Christian School is fully accredited through the Georgia Private School Accreditation Council, Georgia Association of Christian Schools, American Association of Christian Schools, and has achieved Model School status with Accelerated Christian Education’s School of Tomorrow Program.

On September 28, 2020, Lighthouse Christian School achieved the highest level of Certification from the Georgia Association of Christian Schools:
